1. I completed the 2024-2025 Module. Do I need to register for this year's module?

No, you have already been enrolled into the 2025-2026 module. Sign in and you should see the new module in your list of courses to choose from.

2. I completed the 2024-2025 Module. Do I need to complete for this year's module?

Yes, all DFSS-Funded ECE Delegates are required to complete the training module annually.

3. What if I have never registered before, what should I do?

4. Once I successfully completed this Health & Safety Module, do I need to print out the physical certificate of completion?

Yes, we recommend that you print a hard copy of your certificate of completion for your and your agency's records.

5. How long does it take for me to get access to the module once I use the registration form?

Once you use the registration form, you will get access within 1 to 2 business days.

6. I am a new DFSS Delegate Agency Staffer, should I attempt to sign up for the Health & Safety Module using the Claridigm Learning main website? https://learning.claridigm.com

7. How long do I have complete the 2025 DFSS Health and Safety Module?

-Current Delegate Agency Staffers have until 1/31/2026 to complete the 2025-2026 DFSS Health and Safety Module

-Newly hired Delegate Agency Staffers are required to complete 2025 DFSS Health and Safety Module within first 30 days of hire.

8. What if I work at a different agency this year? I completed the 2024-2025 module at another DFSS funded delegate agency.
  • Register as new user under your current Delegate Agency.
9. Will the Health & Safety Module be available in Spanish?
  • Yes, the 2025-2026 DFSS Health & Safety Module will be available is Spanish at the end of the 1st quarter of 2026
